Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ioma. By creating an account, you agree to the following. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. What ioma is

ioma is a tool for manually logging your personal income and expenses and viewing your monthly balance. It is not a bank, does not move real money, is not connected to your bank accounts, and does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice.

Everything ioma shows you depends entirely on what you enter. ioma does not verify, correct, or guarantee the accuracy of that data.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and are responsible for keeping your password or sign-in method secure. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use ioma.

You may delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or close your account if we detect misuse of the service.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use ioma for unlawful activity, attempt to access other users' accounts, or interfere with the service's operation.

4. No warranty of financial accuracy

ioma is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the service is error-free or uninterrupted, or that balance calculations reflect your actual financial situation beyond what you yourself entered.

5. Changes to the service

We may modify or discontinue features of ioma at any time. If a change is material, we will give you reasonable advance notice under the circumstances.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Guatemala, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence.
